Hace dos mil años, China estaba dividida en siete reinos. Cada uno de ellos combatía contra los otros para obtener la supremacía, mientras que la población soportaba el sufrimiento y la muerte. De estos siete reinos, Qin era el más violento. El rey de Qin estaba obsesionado con la conquista de China y el deseo de convertirse en su primer Emperador.
